1. Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

We are unable to ship outside of the UK right now.

3. Shipping options and delivery times

Parcels will be delivered using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • UK Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size/weight
  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Tracking your order

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

7. Lost or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • We will investigate with the courier

We may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Incorrect address

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are correct.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns Policy – CoreState Collective

At CoreState Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear or intimate items (if applicable)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

3. How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear

We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use or damage.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Cover any return shipping costs

8. Your consumer rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK law, including your right to:

  • Cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
  • Receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose
